I have booked the room for five days with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly clean. Staff members have been quite helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel at least during our stay.

I have stayed for 5 nights with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the space was constantly clean. Staff members were pretty useful and welcoming and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was great. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel in the reception were there at all the time. The beds were cozy and the other guests have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly nice hotel and terrific area. Unquestionably will recommend NH Salamanca Palacio de Castellanos!
